Vaccine Court Awards Millions to Two Children With Autism https://www.huffpost.com/entry/post2468343_n_2468343 The government did not admit that vaccines caused autism, at least in one of the children. Both cases were "unpublished," meaning information is limited, and access to medical records and other exhibits is blocked. Much of the information presented here comes from documents found at the vaccine court website. Some observers will say the vaccine-induced encephalopathy (brain disease) documented in both children is unrelated to their autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Others will say there is plenty of evidence to suggest otherwise.

MUMPS: MERCK WHISTLEBLOWERS LAWSUIT OVER "MUMPS" (MMR) VACCINE - United States ex rel Krahling and Wlochowski v. Merck & Co. - according to the whistleblowers' court documents, Merck's misconduct was far-ranging:
- Keller Grover LLP represents Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski in a False Claims Act case originally filed in 2010 and now pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States ex rel. Krahling and Wlochowski v. Merck & Co., Case No. 10-cv-4374. Krahling and Wlochowski allege in their complaint that their former employer, Merck & Co., defrauded the government for more than a decade in an ongoing scheme to sell the government a mumps vaccine that is mislabeled, misbranded, adulterated and falsely certified as having an efficacy rate that is significantly higher than it actually is. The federal government purchases more than half of all vaccines sold in the United States, including the mumps vaccine.
